Overview of charges

Your bank is required to send you an annual list of charges, either by ordi-nary mail or electronically. You will only receive the list of charges electronically if you have agreed to communicate electronically with your bank.

The list shows you, for example, which charges you have paid for accounts, cards and associated payments in the course of the year. Charges for transactions and services paid for in cash at the bank do not show up on the list.

The list gives you a cost breakdown of your charges, allowing you to assess whether to change your banking arrangements in future and thus save charges.

You can also always find a general list of charges on your bank's website.
