The Complaint Board of Banking Services hires new Chief Executive

​The Danish Consumer Council and the Danish Bankers Association have hired Ulla Wulff Kjær as the new Chief Executive at the Complaint Board of Banking Services from 1st of March 2015. Ulla Wulff Kjær replaces Thomas Brenøe, who has been appointed Deputy General Director at the Danish FSA.
Ulla Wulff Kjær is 47 years old and leaves a position as Project Manager at Nykredit Bank. In the last 15 years, she has worked with compliance and project management in the financial sector, and has been in charge of projects related to the implementation of new regulation in both Nordea, Danske Bank and RSA-Scandinavia. Ulla Wulff Kjær has a Master’s degree in law (1996) and an executive MBA (2012).
As Chief Executive at the Complaint Board of Banking Services, Ulla Wulff Kjær will be in charge of implementing the new rules for the hearing of consumer complaints, and will in collaboration with the Complaint Board’s Chairman ensure the continued high quality of decisions.
