The Danish Bankers Association hires financial journalist

23 May 2016

As part of implementing the new strategy and the renewal process that the Danish Bankers Association is currently undergoing, the communicative competencies are once again being enhanced. Therefore, the Danish Bankers Association has hired financial journalist Mathias Bencke Fremmen from 1 June.

Mathias Bencke Fremmen is 29 years old and comes most recently from a position as a journalist at FinansWatch, where he has covered larger and smaller banks, mortgage and insurance institutions over the past five years.

“Mathias Bencke is a talented and articulate journalist with a particularly good sense for financial affairs. These are qualities and competencies that we, at the Danish Bankers Association, are looking forward to making use of in our efforts to engage in dialogue even more with the world around us,” the Director of Communications, Nina Munch-Perrin says.

“The Danish Bankers Association has started an incredibly exciting devel-opment with its new strategy. I am delighted to have the opportunity to be part of the team that will put this strategy into practice,” Mathias Bencke Fremmen says.

Together with the Head of Media Relations, Stine Luise Hansen, who took up the post in February, the Danish Bankers Association is approaching its goal with an entirely new communications unit, which will now also include a Digital Media Strategist, who has not yet been hired.
