Danish Bankers Association

The Danish Bankers Association was established by the banks. According to the regulations, any Danish credit institution, ie, a bank (a commercial bank, savings bank or cooperative bank) or a mortgage bank may be admitted as a member of the Danish Bankers Association. Currently, however, no mortgage bank is a member.

Questions concerning membership will be settled by the executive board. The executive board may also decide to admit other financial undertakings as associated members without voting rights.

The activities of the Danish Bankers Association are financed through the membership fee. The size of the membership fee is fixed by the executive board.
The Danish Bankers Association has 80 members.
